Pa K9 Assistance Foundation is approved by the United States Department of the Treasury as a "Public Charitable Organization" per section 501c3 of the US Code.  Your donations can be tax deductible under sections 170, 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The PA K9 Assistance Foundation is mainly staffed by volunteers who make every effort to keep operating costs of the organization at a minimum.  Therefore, portions of your donations are applied to the costs involved in operating this foundation.

PA K9 Assistance Foundation will consider accepting donations of certain K9 equipment from handlers and departments.   All equipment must be serviceable and meet our safety standards for consideration.
